It has DuoControl Heating that allows you to choose different temperatures for the top and bottom plates, and it comes with a variety of preprogrammed settings for cooking meat, poultry, and more. It’s perfect for regular use because it produces no smoke, has an intuitive interface, and has removable, dishwasher-safe parts.
The 1500-watt DuoControl Heating Advantage power output for separate temperature regulation of the top and bottom plates, expanding the range of possible uses.
To obtain the ideal cook, select from the beef, poultry, fish, pork, and sear options or manually set the temperature anywhere between 175 and 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
